I got an email out of the blue from an ex today someone I dated a while ago but ended things and I haven't heard from this dude in close to 4 years. He contacts me because he has a 35th birthday party bash coming up Mother's Day weekend and it's supposed to be a big deal. (He wants to invite me to come as a guest and he wants to hire my band). I'm thinking what?
I haven't responded and I admit I'm a bit curious. His email was a bit too 'friendly' for my liking with him traveling down memory lane and reminding me of how good things were with us. (They were good sexually but not very good anywhere else).
So I'm thinking what is this dude playing at now.
Why is it that guys 'don't miss the water etc... After I ended things with him, he emailed for a while and I stopped responding and finally he stopped. So it's puzzling that after all of this time he rises up from the past like this. I'm sure with this guy, you haven't heard the last of him. One day when you least expect it, he'll get in touch with you again. Maybe by then he may be mature enough to handle you.
