Snitching In The Workplace

Had A situation on my day off with a former supervisor (I’ll call him dumbazz). Basically this guy got booted out of the position because he was incompetent and couldn’t articulate his thoughts verbally or in writing. He was still listed on our training system. Every so often the training system sends out reminders that you have training due. In the subject line of the email the training system sends it says expiration notice.

On my off day the system sent a reminder for myself and a coworker. The reality was we still have 2 months to complete this insignificant training. But dumbazz the X supervisor from hell took it as an opportunity to strike back and he forwarded the message to our boss and his boss.

Basically dumbazz’s message said “the following employees have training they need to get on asap.” The supervisor and the employee both receive the notification at the same time so his message was completely uncalled for. The new boss said "dumbazz I think they receive the message the same time you do." What dumbazz doesn’t realize is that we are closer to the new boss than he is so the new boss forwarded the message to my coworker and I ROFLMAO!

I thought it about for about 5 mins and said “ New boss thanks for the heads my coworker and I will remove dumbazz from our training system because he is no longer in a leadership position”. Dumbazz must have been pissed because he sent me a message and then recalled it real quick.

ROFLMAO! Dumbazz is black the crabs in a barrel syndrome is real, alive and kicking.
