After getting totally disgusted with the whole 'texted to death' thing, I decided to nominate myself as the Miss Manners of Texting and Romance.  Someone had to step up to the plate, because people were texting out of friggin control!  The most insulting texting behavior I'd heard before penning this article: someone breaking up by text!

Anyway, if you would like to read the article its at this link:

Several months ago a guy who was interested in me would send me text messages to ask me out.  I told him I was involved, but politely gave him a tip that asking a woman out on a date  especially for the first time through text messages was not the thing to do.  It would be better to speak over the phone.  This dude proceeded to send me 6 more text messages explaining why he texted and to tell  me he didn't need any etiquette tips and that he knew how to be a gentleman and ask a lady out. Roll Eyes Oh brother!
