I mean everybody there was like racist and kept gangin up on me and complaining to the manager till I had zero hours scheduled and a "no comment" on my work status....dag and huh?

I mean these people were ruthless!  It got down to "look, I need this for rent..they lying on me...." but it was like everybody was deaf or something

OMG....I swear who is this supposed to be real to.

Welcome to the boards, Kamilah... have noticed you posting lately!

Now, sorry to hear about this... hopefully your stint of unemployment will be short-lived.  Ya know, color does not guarantee fairness... and sometimes, it works just the opposite because they may see you as more of a competitor.

Now that the deed is done... in reflecting back - how would you handle things differently in a similar situation to avoid being the one that was set-up?

Looking back, I did the right thing, covered any loss I may have suffered from then and on in writing and there's is NO way I would pursue it any further than that.  I'm glad I left without physical harm being done to me....what would you do
