I try to eat an apple a day. Eating apples is a healthy nutritious way to get fiber in your diet among other nutrients.  However I'd refrain from drinking apple juice.  Too much sugar.  It's better to eat the apple than to drink apple juice, even if it is 100% apple juice.

Question:  Kamiliah why do you make so many different one or two line related posts on the same subject?  Couldn't you have made one post and said everything in that one post?
Any particular reason you posted your health topic here rather than Fit and Strong - Looking Good and Feeling Great!?

OMG....I'm just acting natural.
OK, people have different posting styles but most times when you want to add something related to your original post, you modify your first post rather than starting different posts with run on sentences all related to the first one.  I’ve noticed in this thread and others you've written where you’ll start a topic and have different postings of run on disjointed incomplete sentences that is hard for the reader to follow.

"A relationship...program..hmmmm"

"The bottom line"

Your post would read more coherently had you joined all of your sentences together into one paragraph. I'm just giving you a little forum posting etiquette that’s all.

I put all of your separate posts together in this thread in one paragragh below.

That is the name of the plan I make up. Its what I do when I'm not on here posting away.  You can view it on the homepage on facebook.

However once you put all of your sentences together, there are still some writing and grammar issues that make your thoughts a bit hard to follow, but they read much more cohesively in one post rather than in several posts.  Your posting style is like writing separate sentences on one main subject.

I went to the store.

The store was crowded.

There was a sale going on in the store.

I saw my friends in the store.

I wanted to buy some new shoes.

I bought a pair of black shoes.

The shoes were not on sale.

I went home after leaving the store.

As opposed to this more cohesive way of expressing your thoughts:

I went to the store and saw that it was crowded.  However there was a sale going on and I wanted to buy some new shoes.  While there, I saw my friends and ended up buying some black shoes that were not on sale and went home after buying the shoes.

The fact that you say this is you acting natural is disturbing because it tells me that you are unaware that you lack essential grammar and writing skills as an adult who is currently a medical student. What kind of medical student are you?  Are you in medical school obtaining a doctor's degree in medicine?

Kamiliah you would do yourself a service if you checked out some grammar sites on the internet so you can learn how to write and express yourself effectively.  It’s obvious that this is a skill where you could use some improvement.  The ability to write one’s thoughts is something people tend to take for granted.  Check out some of these sites on the internet. “English Basics”
”Free Grammar teacher made worksheets”  ” Comprehensive Guide to Grammar and Writing skills

Good luck in your medical studies, and I hope you find these resources helpful. I don't mean to offend, just passing along some advice.  These are just a few sites, there are many more out there.

She posts like a lot of the young people I know nowadays... text-writing... they post like they're texting... even in college, I see it all the time... at first, I was very confused about HOWWWWW in the world they could actually be in a college classroom writing like that but it seems that when they have to actually write a paper... they get down to business... or that's what they're claiming, at least... I see them in class after class... they're not failing... they're moving along...  Huh I dunno... it's the new wave...

Really? Oh I see.  My 15 year old niece sends me texts all of the time (much to my dismay, she's the reason I've had to get a text plan on my cell).  But her text writing isn't like this.  She does the usual shortcuts (that I've had to learn DANG! like learning a new language), but other than that, it's easy to follow her and her grammar skills aren't like this.

Title: Click Chemistry for preventative, curative medicines and ozone sealant
Represented by: Kamilah-Ayisha Rashied of the U.S.A. and residing in the same.

Written description of the research: Click chemistry is the method used to make up medicines for preventative and curative measures for all pathology.

Detailed description of the research: click chemistry; aka; mirror-image chemistry is the method used to strongly bind chemical compounds that mirror each other as a means to block the receptor to which the substrate would bind to causing the pathology.

Background: wanting to protect the binding sites and cycles that lead to infection or cell death in the mammalian body.

Claims: what I claim as my research is click chemistry for preventative and curative medicinal development.  This uses click chemistry's connection to promote and prolong health; prevent programmed cell death and cell infection.  This will be the way medicines; preventative and curative are developed.  click chemistry is also known as mirror-image chemistry and is a natural solution to protecting receptors' binding sites from antigens, mal-proteins and apoptotic metabolites by making a strong bond with a mirror image of a metabolite formed during a cycle that involves infection, apoptosis or mis-reads. This can also be used to seal the ozone layer with a sealing the hole with the mirror image of the original ozone chemical structure bonded to its stereo image.  Also called stereo-chemistry.

Abstract: Medicine takes the new lead with click chemistry. Ozone sealant.

Specifications 2

Title: Antigen Block for RBC, WBC, neurons, myocytes, neonatal cell receptors and organ receptors/ Hypoallergenic Vaccine I
Represented by: Kamilah-Ayisha Rashied

Written description: This is a vaccine that binds to the pgdf receptor; covers all RBC receptors of our blood cells and organs preventing infection and the immune cascade that follows.

Detailed Description: this is the (pgdf) RBC, WBC and organ receptor block.  Its chemical compound is researched using click chemistry.  It is manufactured in a lab.

Background of my research: I came across the idea through research the subject pathology and its physiology. I want to use this to protect myself from infections.

Claims: what I claim as my research is the antigen block for RBC, WBC receptors and organ receptors of humans and vertebrate animals.  It prevents all infection of RBCs and protects them from infection as in HIV and the common cold via click chemistry.  It is given every 4 months. Its receptor block replaces our current vaccines.  This protects our RBC's and organs from infection from viruses, bacteria and bacteriophage.  This block protects the host's antigen binding sites.  The antigen is then disassembled due to lack of survival and is filtered out through the spleen like old red blood cells. This is a new concept and the actual blocker is new. This is found through click chemistry. This is a hypoallergenic vaccine. This is an antigen block for WBC and RBC receptors and organ receptors; hypoallergenic vaccine I. This can be combined with hypoallergenic vaccine II and III as one general shot for disease prevention; curative.  Given at home. This can be given in tablet form that melts in the mouth q four months and as needed.
For neonatal cells also. Can be used for veterinary medicine also.

Abstract: now our bodies are protected from antigen infection.

Specification 3
Title: Apoptosis Block for neurons, myocytes, and hormone secreting organs, hypoallergenic vaccine II

Presented by: Kamilah-Ayisha Rashied

A written description of my research is as follows:
This is a vaccine that blocks the metabolites of apoptotic cycles for hormone releasing organs and neurons. Thus preventing the decrease in hormone levels and degeneration of the subject.

Background of my research: this research was typed through medical physiology.  I want to use this to promote long healthy living

Claims: what I claim as my research is the apoptosis block.  This works on organ's releasing hormones, neurons and myocytes.  This is a vaccine and can be given to persons starting at age 18.  This is manufactured via lab research's click chemistry.  This prolongs the human and animal lifespan.  This is given once and then again depending on the hormone level.  This blocks the receptor that receives the apoptotic signal and blocks that metabolite from being produced and inducing apotosis. This is a new concept and the actual blocker is new. This can be used during fetus development when genetic malformations are dominant; a possibility by blocking the signal that induces the defect. This is a hypoallergenic vaccine.  This prevents menopause, and keep the anagen phase going in the scalp; a couple of benefits of this hypoallergenic vaccine. This is an apoptosis block for neurons, hormone secreting organs and myocytes; hypoallergenic vaccine II. It helps the pancreas in insulin production and as well as all the other hormone releasing organs of the body, brain and heart. This also regulates Mao synthesis to keep neurotransmitter firing balanced and at a normal firing rate. Click chemistry is used to find all treatments and cures of all diseases, genetic and environmental. For veterinary medicine also. For skin maintenance from the facial to elbow areas.  Great for all beauty products.

Abstract: now are vital hormone releasing organs are protected from timed apoptotic signaling and can prolong our natural life span.

Specifications 4
Title: Cell acceleration block/ cancer block, hypoallergenic vaccines III
Presented by: Kamilah-Ayisha Rashied

A written description of my research is: this is a vaccine that controls the metabolism of cell acceleration that leads to cancer; tumor cyst development.  It controls the receptor to which this metabolite binds to leading to accelerated cell replication; cancer cells. It controls the length of binding time the protein binds to that causes a cancer cell and/or can protect the binding site the cancer causing protein binds to preventing the acceleration of cell growth; blocks the cell receptor from its defective protein.

Detailed Description:
This blocks the uncontrolled cell growth that leads to cancer, tumors and cysts. This protects the protein binding site that binds with its metabolite for a prolonged time causing cancer cell development.

Background on my research: medical physiology

Claims: What I claim as my research is cancer block; uncontrolled cell growth block. It prevents the cell cycle that leads to cancer; tumor; cyst development.  It is capable of managing a normal cell cycle in those genetically and environmentally prone to cancer. This is for humans and animals.  This is manufactured in a lab via click chemistry.  Cell receptors are blocked from their transduction signal and those signaling pathways are inhibited from producing their ligand that causes a cancer cell. This is a new concept and the actual blocker is new. This is given as a vaccine.  This is a hypoallergenic vaccine.  For veterinary use also.

Abstract: now receptors can compete against cancer signaling to stay normal.

The pictures that show how it work..I couldn't cut and paste them here. I don't know why but you can find them on http://pubs.acs.org/cen/coverstory/8006/8006clickchemistry.html (key words: click chemistry cover story)

OMG... I'm expressing myself naturally like I always have. I can't go back and read grammar tips or I"ll look stupid. I still remember grammar 101 from college. um....

ALSO, I am SO glad that I found this forum.  I posted my work on facebook and NOBODY said anything about it.  That's weird to me.  All my work says good news...its commentable....I am literally on the wall in facebook like" what's wrong with everybody?!"

What do you guys think about the silence in facebook? People are reading the facts, in layman's terms, on the cure for aids, cancer, apoptosis and have nothing to say?Huh

HUH?Huh?
